Julianna was amazing! This was the best haircut and styling experience at a salon I have ever had! Julianna was so warm, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all of my questions. I have loose waves and was nervous about coming to a salon that specializes in curly hair, but Julianna made me feel like I belonged and that my wavy hair was beautiful. I had so many questions and Julianna encouraged me to ask them and answered them in a kind and supportive way. She worked with me to figure out what I wanted but also offered her own expertise as to what would look/feel best. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do and felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Julianna to anyone like me who is on their wavy hair journey and wants personalized education about how best to take care of and style your hair!
